Hiatus sorta over?

Hey guys! I know it's been a really long time. I kinda left you guys in the dark without saying good bye, and for that I apologize. I hope that with it being the summer time and all I should have more time to upload my drawings! Although I already decided that I'm not going to be an art major like I thought I would be for a long while, I still want to draw as a hobby and keep it in my life as long as I can. I should have the project I've been working on for a while done today or tomorrow, so look forward to that!
I'm also doing a little self promo of my adoptable account,
The only adoptables up there are adoptables that I purchased and decided to resell because they were barely drawn if drawn at all. But, I am also working on some adoptables to upload there. I know my past adoptables haven't been the greatest, I have been making some improvements that I'm hoping will show in my next batch of adoptables. Stay tuned!
Also thanks for the birthday wishes! I know I'm four months late but better late than never!
EDIT: Hey guys, really sorry for the delay. Things came up today and I didn't have nearly as much time to work on the drawing I promised as I thought I would. Tomorrow I promise it will be done and uploaded.

One more time! Finishing the trumpet and fixing other details. Really hoping I can stay on task and finish this tonight!
EDIT: Sorry friends. I'm tired beyond belief and still have a bunch of things to fix. It seems like no matter what, I find a major flaw that needs to be fixed. I have a really busy week ahead of me but I'll try to get it done soon!!

sorry for my couple day short period of inactivity
my band director dropped a bomb monday
we had 2 days left of school, monday and tuesday. on monday we had school periods 1-4 and 1st hour was wind ensemble (which is the kind of advanced marching band class)
yeah but.. my band director is moving to a different state. :/ i won't reveal what state but it's soo sad
i heard most of the kids in wind ensemble were crying
it's so sad
he'll stay until july but commencement (which is what the wind ensemble performed in for the senior's graduation) was his last performance.
yeah but i have a lot of mixed emotions. i'm really going to miss him and i really wanted to make him proud of me (though he already said he was proud of me before) and i really wanted to see him til the end of my senior year.
i always thought stuff like "man it's going to suck for the people that have to see him retire, thankfully he'll be here all through my high school years"
but guess what
he's leaving so jokes on me, i'm the people that has to deal with that
but at the same time i know the marching season will still be in good hands because we still have the brass instructor and the percussion director/assistant band director
idk i'm not in too much of a ranting mood and idk i don't have too much on the topic but it was really sad when he announced he was going to be leaving
